    Hard to despense

    It is very difficult to control how many drops you are taking. You need to shake the bottle to release the product. and can't measure how many you drops you have. I thought it would come with and eyedropper or something similar. Ended up repurchasing D3 in soft gel form in coconut oil.

    Great for increasing D in Cancer patients that typically have low D blood levels

    Great product documented to raise your D levels, my wife is a stage 4 cancer survivor 10 years out and was very low on D so increased dose rechecking blood levels until proper levels obtained highly recommend product but should check blood levels for proper maintenance dose
