Wrong item was received, after costly slow shipping. (Listed was size 10.5 brown - received size 8.5 black) Tried to contact seller 3X over 5 days, without response. Had to request intervention through eBay, who were the ones to issue refund and close case, with my thanks. This was my worst seller experience in more than 20 years and 1,000 transactions, and the first seller complaint for which I ever had to contact eBay for help.
