Great product, have a little problem with the shipping cost and the time of which the product was received. I get it life happens, but there was no communication after the sale and the three and a half days it took to ship it after purchase. Product was received eight days after purchase.

We apologize. This bat was located in a warehouses 2 hours away and had to be picked up. Usually we ship out the same day, but not in this case. Then it took 4 days to go from NC to IA via UPS, arriving to you on a Monday. So yes, you ordered on a Sunday and you got the bat, the following Monday. As for the shipping costs, they are based on the weight of package and where it's going. You could select USPS, UPS or FedEx. We don't have anything to do with the shipping costs unfortunately.
