It looks like it was used, It should have been new. It does work, I just wanted a explanation. I sent a email about this and never got a response. Next time I order something please make sure it's boxed or wrapped so the item is protected. They were exactly as described & arrived quickly. The price for items and shipping was more than fair & I appreciated the ease of the transaction.
