Listing said open box, phone came Amazon renewed. Seller kept insisting was open box. Told me to take to Apple or phone repair shop. These phones are not open box they are refurbished. Stay clear of this seller! Horrible customer service. Also advertised as 2 day shipping, tool 5 days!

Told buyer to take to Apple or a Repair Shop to verify the phone was not a refurbished phone. Said its 2 hours to an Apple store and they have no access to a computer to plug the device in to verify. Forced to report to Ebay. Hopefully no other sellers have to deal with.
