Easy and quick response. Took care of me with the New grille I ordered. A mounting tab was broken on grille during shipping. I could have returned it but we agreed on a % refund as I could fix it. Need to add some packing foam for future items like these. I still gave a 5 star because the seller was prompt and quick with response times during messages about this issue.
