I ordered a bath rug from this seller which I never received. There was no communication regarding the shipment, and when I saw a notification that it was delivered (it was not delivered here) and checked on it, I was informed I had received a full refund. That's fine, and I understand things happen, but it would have been nice to know what was going on. On the plus side, I didn't lose any money. I appreciate that. Can't really rate the item description as I never saw it in person.
