These do look like they were previously returned as there were some smudes on the lenses and a little scuffing on the on the print inside one of the arms. For almost half the price of retail, though it is hardly worth complaining about. There is no scratching on the lenses and while they've been handled these don't look to have been worn beyond someone trying them on and deciding they weren't for them. Shipping was fast and the glasses are genuine. I am happy.
