The lamp on the refurbished Epson PowerLite 965 Projector did not work. I contacted Tekswamp who sent me shipping label to send the unit back to them. They credited me the full amount of the transaction as soon as they received the projector. Although I was disappointed that the projector did not work, I was relieved that Tekswamp made good on their guarantee in a prompt manner so that I ordered another prjojector from them.

The only difference from the listing is that the cover plate to the ports did not come with my projector. I didn't see a reference to this in the description.
