The item took 22 days to arrive. I am not pleased with the packaging. The cd was sent wrapped in the cover art and track list information papers. The track list and art are bent and covered in tape, mailing address info and stamps. You should have at least wrapped it in paper. The disc is covered in scratches. The description said "Disc is in Like New condition" Luckily it was only a few dollars.

We have NO control over what USPS does. As for the packaging, the artwork was included FOR FREE. It's nonsensical to complain about something that you got for nothing; that's highly irrational behaviour. Most people in fact prefer the artwork, over plain paper. You are BANNED from all our listings, my friend!

Your listing says that there is free 2 to 4 day shipping. The listing also said that the cd was in like new condition which it was not. It also says you are from New York while the cd came from Michigan. I wish I had looked at the other feedback before purchasing from you. You will not waste my time again.

Wasnt what i thought it was going to be.
Its alright to watch but demented and twisted ehh not really and the story is really loose, it just wasnt what i expected.

this film goes way beyond what I expected. I purchased it because I like the films of Julie Ormond. I realized after I received it, that it was directed by Jennifer Lynch, daughter of David. While David is known for his excursions into the dark side of life. Jennifer is right there with him holding a flashlight. While most of the characters are demented, there is a twist in the proceedings a little more than half way through. This is the thing Alfred Hitchcock did so well.This film is quite a blood bath, and might leave you mistrusting the human race. There is actually room for a sequel should the producers wish to continue the mayhem. If you enjoy watching the studies in demented characters by David Lynch, you can expect more of this from his daughter. Hi there, it's your ol' pal Nate "The B Movie King" Fairbanks and I'm just going to write a few words about "Surveillance" today: INTELLIGENT CREEPY SURREAL UNPREDICTABLE ENGROSSING SUSPENSEFUL I don't want to say too much about the plot, because this is one of those films that the less you know going in, the more amazing the experience will be. one of the most interesting themes of "Surveillance" is our conditioning to automatically submit to authority figures and its explored in a way I've never seen before. I really love the fact that "Surveillance" was co-written and directed by a woman (we need MORE female directors and writers). Her name is Jenifer Lynch and she delivers on every level. THE police are the ONES we need to WATCH~! 3 STARS~
PLOT: 2 FBI agents are working to find out the real details of the roadside death of several people from three different witnesses~ WHO ALL HAVE DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE TRUTH~ two BAD cops have a hobby of shooting out passing car tires~ tormenting and or robbing the people in the car~ when a chain of events have several people dead~ including one of the bad cops~ JULIA ORMOND AND BILL PULLMAN are FBI who arrive with surveillance equipment to tape the interviews of all three witnesses including a 9 year old girl~ the plot is very bizarre~ the ONLY thing remotely entertaining is the interesting angles this movie was shot with~ and a SHOCKER of a violent TWIST ending~ this is ONLY worth watching once~ I would put this under HORROR rather than thriller~ since their is no one we can bond ...
