    The quality of this item is as promised. It is very well built and actually very aesthetic at the same time. We used it right away and it did a fine job. I do need to to reach out to the seller because he is a repair person for these units and unfortunately, my unit is now not functioning. We must’ve caught it just at the end of its life with this new pitcher. I’m hoping he will have good advice. He was very helpful in process of attaining a new pitcher.
