Item description says "don't buy if you are a stickler for details", so I can't really complain, but the fact that some noticeable chunks have flaked off two figurines' feet was a little disappointing. I have NEVER bought something from Ebay and it was only shipped in bubble wrap. Terrible seller packaging especially from Japan. That is no way to send expensive figures to another country across the ocean.
