Horrible experience from the start. Paid for a new, unused phone and got a open box with a used phone. Then we arranged a return and refund. He was stalling with the refund for a week telling me he didn't get the phone, and through tracking number i could see it was delivered a week ago. When i requsted ebay customer support to interfere, he made the refund immediately after they opened the claim. I will never again do bussiness with him, and strongly suggest everyone else to do the same.
