    Mascara was completely dry. I left message for a return and the seller stated they checked the mascara before shipping and it wasn’t dry, and asked me if I used it! How in the world am I going to used all that mascara the moment I received the package? Does that make sense? I contacted the seller the minute I got the package and opened it!!! The seller offered me a refund for 1/2 of what I paid for it! What a scam. They make their money any way they can, smh.

    IF you were not satisfied with the offer, you didn't have to accept you. The mascara was not dry when shipped and you got to keep it along with the refund.
