    Fast well packaged shipping, exactly as described!

    Heads arrived faster than expected, within a week, and worked as described upon insertion. The printer recognizes them, ink levels show properly, and printing appears satisfactory so far. I don't use the printer much, have another cheap B&W laser for most stuff, but use this for special color items. The extra set of chips included was a nice touch too! All in all a great deal at a reasonable price :-)

    Defective or old stock

    I bought this pair of printer heads to replace the original ones on my 7 years old printer. The significantly cheaper price was enticing. After installing them the print quality was terrible. So I ran a 'Clean the Print Heads' cycle -- twice. No improvement. I figured the printer itself must be bad, needing to be trashed & replaced. But as a last resort I tried getting new print heads from a different store instead and this time they worked perfectly. I believe that these print heads which I bought through EBay are old & defective stock. I recommend against anyone buying these.

    Good Price

    Before purchasing these print heads, determine what you are trying to accomplish. For me, I was trying to save a printer that should have been recycled long ago. I installed new print heads and they worked fine for a few days, then the print heads wouldn't align. It always happens when you need it most, so if you are trying to give your printer one last shot, please think twice. This one's on me. The seller sold a good product, at a good price, shipped quickly and was all I'd ever ask for in a transaction. Thank you!!

    Rude Vendor

    Print head defected. When I contact vendor for replacement they were rude and unprofessional. Now it is going to cost more money to ship item back. Prefer to purchase item from manufacture where quality is guaranteed. Not worth discounted price.
