The item was shipped in timely manner and the seller packaged it very well!! It matched pictured item and description I appearance. It was in great condition. Contacted seller who immediately got back to me .We were able to come to an agreement with a partial refund happy with the purchase . If I had paid full price I would not of been happy with the supposedly new grille and not described scratches and scuffs. But seller made good with partial refund so leaving 5 stars
