    The product quality is fine and it was delivered on time. However there were no instructions included, just parts. I was able to figure it out without going on line but there should have been something included. The holes did not line up exactly and I had to drill them out about 2mm in order to make it fit. Buyer beware.

    Gave my extra office chair a new life

    I ordered this as a replacement for my extra office chair that had a defective seat plate, I didn't want to toss out a perfectly good chair just because of a faulty seat plate, so I searched and stumbled upon this eBay shop, the replacement parts seem very good quality and are working great!

    "Getting to the Bottom...of your Office Chair"

    I am very satisfied with this kit for my $400 home-office green leather high-back computer chair! Please note that I said KIT. Although I had purchased a replacement heavy-duty seat elevation pneumatic cylinder about two years ago, it did not precisely fit the OEM 5-wheel base or the seat bottom metal plate with its seat height adjustment arm. (The assembled seat with the new cylinder had wobbled a little, enough so that I did not feel very safe sitting or especially moving in the chair. So, I decided to buy this complete replacement kit: bottom plate, cylinder, and 5-caster wheel assembly. Built as a unit of matched parts, the kit attached easily to the office chair itself and the assemble unit works fine! No more wobble!     Sturdy chair base for heavier people

    This replacement chair base fits perfectly on our still very usable & comfortable "old" chair body. It has saved us hundreds of dollars over having to replace the entire chair, especially in the higher body weight category (350 lbs). It is very sturdy & well made. Our husky son is thrilled to have his favorite office chair back again, especially now as he has to work from home during the pandemic.
