Total RIPOFF! No instructions in the box with the phone, no idea how to turn it on/off or activate, charger that was included wouldn't fit in the phone. No contact information to ask for help was included. Ended up throwing the phone away. If I could give ZERO or NEGATIVE stars I would do so but eBay only allows positive reviews now. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Good flip phone for the price
The flip phone is a good value for what it does. All I needed is a phone that works when I am not at home. I don't really care about any of the other features, but everything seems to work ok. The 4G works fine. There is no wi-fi, 4G only. If you have a Verizon 4G LTE network extender, the phone will only pick up the 4G service in your house if you have a post-paid plan with verizon and will not work with prepaid plan per verizon technical support? We set up a prepaid plan to save money and found this out afterwards when the extender stopped working? Verizon said that postpaid and prepaid plans use different GPS signals?The flip phone is a good value for what it does. All I needed is a phone that works when I am not at home. Can you live without your contacts on the phone
I bought this phone for my husband who is 78 years old. It was difficult for him to open it up and talk on it. For some reason, it would lose is contacts. I liked all the other features it at on it except for the contact issue.
