    Beat up

    Product initially did not work, took cover off, found terminal wiring and bolts had come loose, also it had been modified with several other external voltage terminal blocks that were not secured to chassis and had come loose inside. Product was pretty beat up. Mismatched bolts all around so item had been worked on. Product currently is now working, hoping it lasts. Good price is only reason I didn’t rate it lower.
