This definitely does substitute great for the charge 6 for 100 less. The blue is like a deep turquoise and has orange under tone in the JBL logo. Shipping came a day early then stated which was awesome. This is definitely a speaker that is for music that's bumps. It has deep and rich bass! It's can get very loud. This is definitely a good speaker for party's and stuff!!

I love the party mode option to chain all the speakers together and listen to music in different rooms or a larger space. Overall great value.
