I bought this Hide glue for my business. I craft 18th. and 19th. century knives and Black Powder shooting accessories. In order to stay authentic to the period, I need to use the correct glue for those centuries, so I got this glue. The shipping was AMAZING. I had it in less that 12 hours from my purchase time. I'd give ZoroTools 15 stars if I could, just for shipping alone! When I run out, I'll be back!God bless:dslusser10

    Good Quick Fix Glue

This hide glue is just what you need for a quick fix and don't want to go through the trouble of heating up the glue pot. It works fine for gluing a violin's nut down or other light duty wood repairs. However, you can not use this glue to replace your glue pot. It just doesn't have the fully cured strength to hold a neck joint in place. With that said, it's well worth keeping in my repair kit.

  • Excellent product!

I bought this product to re-do an old wooden tool chest i am refurbishing. To be honest i was very skeptical that i could use for the nice thick felt i had bought and if so easily replace the felt again at a later date. So i did a test on one Drawer since i have a lot of extra felt. Did the complete drawer "Note: Do not just squirt glue all over, Dab some on then using a putty knife or in my case one of them fake credit cards you get in the mail. Simply spread the glue out in a thin layer then put your felt in. After letting the glue set up for a day and felt was definitely secure came the real test. Taking the felt out! Wow, very simple folks.. Just apply Warm -Mildy hot water, let soke for 2-5 minutes and wala comes right out. No mess no fuss, really simple. If you are re-doing a ...

  • Great wood cabinet glue

Great wood glue for indoor cabinets with a long time to position parts. Dries amber/brownish color when dry and you can wipe it off with water before it dries after it dries you have to sand off.

  • Titebond Hide Glue

If you're gonna do a small repair there's nothing better, you don't have to heat up your gluepot for a small repair unless you already have it hot,in my opinion it's right in line with the gluepot. Thanks again, Gary

  • Titebond Liquid Hide Glue.

Unbeatable when used for its original purpose. I still prefer hot hide glue, but when you can't carry a glue pot around, this is an acceptable alternative. Keep a wet washcloth around if you are messy, though.
