Ordered two tactical bags, one was shipped WITHOUT the backpack straps. I informed the seller and he requested pictures as if I was lying about something like that. I sent pictures the same day he requested them. Then I get a message from him asking if I'll take $4 as compensation. NO I WILL NOT! I want the straps which are vital to carrying the bag the way I desire to and is one of the reasons I ordered this type of bag. A week later and I haven't received them. They also are low quality bags.
