    Great Poems

    Jimmy Carter is writing about his life experiences. Very tender poems about people he loves, including his wife and mother. A 5 STAR BOOK that everyone would enjoy to read, written by a Great Man.

    Lucky me, finding this gem that President Carter left behind

    In these poems, President Carter brings character to life and life to politics. From these unique selections of his experiences, we learn about our own personal politics and humanity. Reading is easy here, and his granddaughter's drawings bring every story to heart. I enjoy it the way I do a box of very fine chocolates - one page at a time, making it last, and revisiting favorites. It's not all easy, but it's all worth it.
