Product Information

The first in a planned series of augmented reality storybooks, Wonderbook: Book of Spells uses the PlayStation Eye and PlayStation Move to put gamers in the middle of an official Harry Potter adventure. The Book of Spells is found in the Restricted Section of the Hogwarts library, and it contains all the information players need to perform spells like Incendio, Leviosa, and Expelliarmus. There are 20 spells in all, and as players tilt, rotate, and turn the pages of their spell book, they will learn the history of each spell, discover new creatures, and earn House Points.

    looks great for kids, can get boring though

    I think this is really cool for kids. I started it once and didn't get through the whole thing since you have to speak into the microphone also, which is embarrassing for an adult without kids, haha. I like how in the beginning it lets you take a moving photo of yourself. it can be pretty funny, and it's cool how the book transforms visually, but you have to tilt up the book toward the tv screen to really see the whole thing, otherwise it's really angled parallel to the floor. one thing is, unless your kid pays attention to the speaker, they can get bored by all the extra talking, possibly if they're too young to be interested. it would help to already be familiar with harry potter.

    awsome AR game for the ps3

    This is an awsom product that is really interactive with your move camera and motion plus the wonderbook makes a wonderful AR experience this is one of the best move games I have seen for the ps3 so far it is worth every cent
