The compatibility tool said this was the right bumper for 2002 f-150 with the body style I have, but it was very clearly not the right one when we received it and compared it with the old one. But the customer service helped out a lot and took care of it. Would have been simpler if everything worked, but it didn't so I was glad for the support.
