Does not fit a TH700R4. I expected to cut out for the starter but had to shim it down or it hit the 168 tooth flex plate. Which left a big gap. And had to clip out the mounting slots because it had to move forward or it hit the torque converter, and had to clip the upper mounting holes or it wouldn't fit there. Big gaps all around.
But, the positive is it was cheap!
