Great experience all around. The item arrived on time exactly as pictured/described. It was packaged carefully so it didn't get bent or affected by the weather. The seller also went above and beyond by telling me about where she got the item and some other details about it. I asked about those things because I bought this as a gift (long story) and wanted to be able to tell the recipient the story of where it came from. I got some great info and had a great conversation with the seller.

Expedited shipping took tree weeks and the lamp did not work. The box and listing indicates it is a NEW Sony OEM lamp replacement but clearly it wasn't. Sony OEM lamps stamp their bulbs with their respective part numbers. This lamp had no markings. after four days for the sellers response was simply "sorry, we're a small company and the item was listed on behalf of someone else." With the promise of them contacting that person to make things right and get back to me... three weeks later nothing.

1. Per my listing, I shipped in the three day handling window. The fact that USPS took 2 weeks to deliver from here to your address, I have no explanation or control over.
2. Per my listing, we ship USPS Priority, which I did. You did not REQUEST or PAY FOR expedited shipping. Per my listing, I offer expedite IF you request AND pay for it. You did neither!
