I contacted both the seller and eBay about not receiving the product or any communication in response from the seller. Though the order shows “delivered” the delivery photo is not of my front door, it’s not even the right street number — I’m 115 and it shows a 2 on the front door. I checked with “2 Stanwich Rd” and they did not receive it either. Now I’m out $279 and don’t have the product. The farthest experience from “ideal”. Frankly, I’m pissed.
