    AVOID! The most rude seller I have seen on eBay. He was on offensive from the moment I asked for his shipping method. He was verbally abusive. Calling me names. He sent me spoiled rotten black truffles. He was unhappy that he could not dump those truffles on me. I sent him photos of his spoiled truffles. The half truffle smelled bad. The hole truffles also smelled bad. I had to cut them to try to salvage some for July 4th party. No luck. I buy many truffles. I know what a good truffle is like.

    This Buyer decided to eat the truffles without paying. We asked to return the order for a full refund with prepaid label but we never received the truffles. We have outstanding customer service and promptly replace or refund if the product is not liked or defective. We have never received such negative feedback. If only the energy invested to create this negative review would have been spent returning the item.
