Fantastic experience! The fix offered by this service provider works, which solved a problem my Audi dealership wanted $2300 to fix. Cost me 40 dollar shipping to send it back twice, seller then blamed it on me. He then asked for the vin the second time which he never did the first. Said it was unrepairable the second time he got it, but the first time acted like he fixed it. He never fixed or tested it the first time. Waste of time and money.

The shipping is a little confusing, so here is how it works. You have to take your unit to the post office. I brought some bubble wrap and packed it in one of the post office‘envelopes. I told the clerk that I needed to pay for the return shipping also. That was accomplish taking another envelope and applying enough stamps for the return shipping and packing it with my unit.
