I ordered a small, whether it's men's or women's I'm not sure, but they fit ok~ I'm usually a size 4 and 5'9" so they're a bit short but no big deal for jogger style. As pictured, they are very high-waisted. The fleece is a nice weight, not too heavy but cozy.
