    Cheap Intenet Security Multiple Platforms & Devices

    Why pay more for internet security when you can get a year for under £6. I have purchased licences like this before and like this time I have had no problems. I have been using McAfee now for a year and have recently renewed for another. I like how you are not restricted to a few devices like some security brands.

    OK, But could do MUCH BETTER.

    Works well - I think, but am unable to contact McAfee with bugs in the software. 1) Most things you can schedule use a 24 hour clock but NOT the "Scan Scheduler", which uses a 12 hour clock with AM/PM. Set this for 1PM (13:00) on a Saturday and it doesn't work. 2) When I use "Check for Updates", this works OK but then comes back with "Automatic Updates: ON, Next check for updates on Monday, 19 January 1970 19:32". This also does not work.

    Went fine got idea now thought was getting card with code numbers from in the post ,now had thought just use code numbers given , that I emailed say do get code numbers card and said no just use security email with code numbers not card in the postal parcel , but got it ok with it , went smoothly.

    McAfee Internet Security has been my peferred programme of choice for a number of years due to its stable nature. Having used competitors security packages, such as Norton and Kapersky, that appear to be resource hungry, intrusive or buggy in their execution, McAfee seems to not have these inherent flaws. McAfee Internet Security has a simple set up process, although an account has to be created, along with a valid email address. Its interface is clean, easy to use, and powerful if you wish to delve under the hood, but has most situations covered when installed and needs minimum intervention. There's a browser extension that's available which reports on the safety of web sites as you surf.
