Before mailing, I informed Robert, there were couple scratches; this was last item of its kind. As a courtesy, I also sent a free tin sign, different car. I tried to package, bubble-wrap the best I can. I don’t do this for a living. He complained and asked for a Refund. Robert received a FULL REFUND. I told him to keep TWO Items. Happy Holidays.
