Terrible experience.Ordered black & cyan Brother laser printer toners. pictured in HP box implying HP the distributor. Ad said new & sealed. Both in sealed silver wrapper but were in cut open black ribbed sleeve. Toner was spilled all over both cartridges. Wiped off black & used it but cyan so bad it could not be cleaned off & I feared it damaging printer so threw it away. Seeking refund too much trouble. (Seller ignored similar feedback on black so not interested in customer satisfaction.)
