Ordered item on may 24th 2023. Was told the product was hand made and will take some time. Then told me they had one order In front of mine. I asked for updates and I did receive very short updates was told he only works on the on the weekends and today I open my account and find my refund is on the way with no explanation. Also checked sellers page found that the price was moved to 500$ instead of 330$ original price when I ordered it. I was patient and was polite.
