"Open case" and heavily used are 2 different categories. Buds are scratched and chipped with chrome finish flaking off. Case looks like it was dropped from a balcony onto concrete and carried in a pocket of with change for atleast a year. Buds have llittle battery life left and lost 10 percent within listening to 2 songs. I bought these assuming that they could be used but in full working order, not at the end of their life. I regret this purchase and the description of item was not accute.

The item was promptly Shipped and arrived as described. In like new condition. No scratches or anything. However when I asked if it had been sent yet he .. He said he had no record of it so I'm mistakenly ordered another Charger box which I will have to return for refund But not really a big deal. It is probably my fault for not keeping better records. But I have no complaints on the product it seems to be in fine shape, And it works great.
