exactly as advertised. all items were safely and securely packaged & arrived quickly. the only thing that was an issue, was the instructions were for vehicles that don't come with rails. it has the correct parts for the install, it's actually easier. but the tools they recommend using is a must. I used the cheap tork tools it came with and it took forever. just get a decent tork attachment set .. I didn't use a torque wrench though, I just was very careful not to over tighten.
