I don't love anything about the item - it does exactly what I've known it do, having worked with the same Lenovo laptop, over the last 7 years.

They are scammers! No communication. They do not respond in a timely manner. The laptop did not even work when they sent it to me, blue screen of death. I purchased the laptop on a Saturday, they sent it five days later on Friday.
