Great customer service and communication. Fast shipping as well. Had to return the delay pedal for a refund due to a momentary loss of sound when the pedal was engaged. I have seen at least one other person comment on this glitch online in a demo video (I was hoping that was an isolated incident.) . If you can turn this on before you start performing or recording a song, then turn it off and change the setting after it's done, this might be a great pedal for you and your budget.

cant beat it for the price
it does what a delay or echo pedal should do, nothing flashy just gets the job done...I am using it along with two other delays in my chain, but by its self it is a solid pedal.
