    Folders were bent, so I think the "new" description was a bit misleading, but for the cheap price I can bend them back. Shipping was super-fast! Thanks!

    Those are factory sealed boxes, The folders are not bent, they are curled. The metal on each one of the hangers is thicker than the folder and is offset on each side, they will be fine once hanging. Yes these are "NEW."
