Beware. There is no communication at all. I tried to contact the seller as soon as I received the item which was not exact as in the listing description. The packaging was very extremely bad causing 2 out of 3 cuttings were very dry (See pictures). The paper towel was dry and did not wrap around the cuttings for propagation with the loosed rubber band, The cuttings were not cleaned cut for better propagation they were ripped off from its tree (See pictures).

Our package was delivered, several days late, but in great condition. There are not yet growing buds to have been damaged, the roots are moist and healthy. The plant was well packaged. Despite possible exposure to periods of near freezing, it seems healthy.
Critique of shipping is due to USPS delays, not the seller. Actual shipping was prompt, but USPS delivered 3 days after estimated delivery.
My sister was surprised and very very pleased. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.
