    Headache: don't waste your time & money

    I had issues as soon as I took them out of the box. I had to update the firmware over 5 times for them to update. I have been using the quantum 800 with Xbox and also for conference calls with work and majority of the time I am using them audio and mic audio is intermittent. The other times the mc does not work at all. Not worth the headache for the price. i am very dissatisfied with this product. I am a die hard JBL owner thinking that all the other jbl products work with no issues.

    Saved $100, what's to complain about?

    Surprised it's refurbished, it works great and there were no scratches on it. Saved $100. The JBL customization desktop app is for PC users only, I thought that was something that you could change and apply to my console. Doesn't really matter though. The headphones are very comfortable and I can hear much better. Solid mic too. The box it was shipped in contained everything that would come with a new headset.
