The shift knob on the xk8 was in fine shape but wanted a little extra "pop" on the interior and this sets it off nicely. Comes with instructions (though it's pretty self explanatory: screw old one off, screw new on one, adjust nut together so it's tight). Seller included a lovely lapel pin too - which was quite unexpected but my young daughter loves!
