    A truly great value in a professional quality tripod.

    I've always bought the cheapest tripods I could find. Then I noticed that I had four broken tripods and was using a borrowed one. I spent just a little more than usual and purchased the Sunpack 6000pg. I am very pleased and think this is the best tripod I have ever owned. They call this a digital model. It features a small mounting platform for ease of use with small digital cameras. I found that it easily accommodates full size SLR's, as well as compact video cameras and a small telescope I have. For a large camcorder you might want a larger tripod.
