    The costume is missing part of the nose and the eyebrows and wash smashed into the box so hard we had to take it out and reform it. The costume said it would ship from California but really they just shipped from China with expedited shipping. The seller never updated the tracking information, I sent a message asking for it and they replied many days later after the costume already arrived.

    The Seller shipped the wrong size and quantity of product despite communicating with them via Email to confirm my selection. They did refund and told me to keep the wrong item, however, I really needed the product in the correct size and have no use for the wrong size item so I would have much preferred that they would have given me the choice for a reshipment. Very disappointed with this transaction but have now located the product elsewhere.
