Seller responded promptly to all inquiries which was necessary due to continued shipping delays from covid. Product arrived undamaged and in pristine condition. A little more bubble wrap and sturdier box might be useful as the external box was damaged in one corner which also impacted the internal box containing the device. Overall I am happy to get my hands on the zfold3 again given the lack of availability of brand new devices. I will definitely use this vendor again. Thank you !!

The package came sealed and great condition as stated in the advert. The only part of the package in mid condition was the box but that is to be expected when being shipped long distances.
