Lotion smelled REALLY foul, like chemicals, and the bottle was different from the ones I have from bbw; no description of scent panel with ingredients listed, just a blank back. I messaged seller, who stressed its authenticity, when I told her my concerns and asked for a return/refund. I mailed it back, and had to reach out to seller to process the refund after the item showed delivered and I'd not heard refund status for several days after.
