    Accidentally left negative feedback on the wrong transaction. This transaction wasn t without hiccups, but the sellers willingness to communicate and make things right was commendable. I would purchase from this seller again. The drives shipped, if used were refurbished and had a new appearance. Drives were well packaged for transit and arrived in working condition.

    Seller provided accurate item info and the hard drives are working without problems so far. Shipping was quick. Packaging was better than average but wasn't quite as good as it should have been for hard drives. Bubble wrap had ruptured in places leaving the side of some drives exposed to potential impact damage at the bottom of the box. The packaging needed another layer of large bubble wrap around the entire box contents.
