great value for a very excellent potent product
It is easy to swallow. Its potent. My blood pressure has dropped 20 points since taking it. I have no upset stomach ever from it. It was a bargain price. I got about a half year supply for less than $9.

I've been using cayenne pepper almost a year now. if you can get over the heat it's kinda sweet. I use it mainly as a blood thinner. I am not a doctor I don't know the facts. please make an effort to look at all the natural blood thinners out there
