Looks great, works great, what a release!
Love the design and how this extended mag fits, out of the way no accidental releases with this design. Like the ability to use the tip of either index finger to release the mag. Fits tightly in front of the trigger guard, made perfect, blends right in.

Being Made By Ruger, Would Think It Would Be The Same As Thier Standard Release Lever But Only Longer
Immediately noticed after installing this and trying all of my Ruger brand magazines in it that this one reduces the length of travel of the magazine latch plunger which means the latch plunger does not extend out as far as what the original mag release lever allowed it to and so now the latch plunger does not hold the magazine in position as well as what the original factory release lever that came on my gun. Now I have to see if this new one can be modified by using a dremel to remove some material from it in order to let the magazine latch plunger extend out the whole distance that it was made to do Immediately noticed after installing this and trying all of my Ruger brand magazines in it that this one reduces the length of travel of the magazine latch plunger which means the latch plunger does not extend out as far as what the original mag release lever allowed it to and so now the latch plunger does not hold the magazine in position as well as what the original factory release lever that came on my gun. Ruger 10/22 extended mag release is a winner.
One complaint I had with my 10/22 was how awkward it was to use the mag release. I fixed that when I bought the extended mag release from Ruger. It's made of a plastic/polymer be works like a charm. Buy It!

This product has very clean lines tucks up to the trigger group and is ambidextrous with the cut outs for your finger engagement. It looks so good on the gun you just will love it.

Great Magazine Release
Great product and fast service. I chose this release lever because it is a factory Ruger product. It is shorter than some of the other aftermarket ones which is good because it doesn't catch on things. It makes releasing the Ruger 10 round magazines and BX-25 magazines easier and faster to release. Installation on my custom Ruger 10/22 was fast and easy.
